Also during the session she would make sure to go around to check if we understood the workout and if the posture is correct. He remembers everyone's names and keeps on motivating us. His workouts are varied and different from one another whilst using weights, step, and/or body weight. The variety of workouts and minimal/none usage of gym machines - this is what makes me a repeat customer in this fitness center (as I don't like routine workout and hate gym machines). Thanks a lot!

Sam and Tatiana were great instructors - super friendly and helpful and really kept an eye on our form to maximise each exercise's benefit. I'll definitely be back!
