The instructor had a very lovely voice and I especially appreciate that she takes the time to give the basic poses in case we couldn’t do the original ones described. Her voice was very soothing and I definitely felt very relaxed after! Overall, I kinda wish it was a little slower sometimes with the breath work but all good, it was a good one and I’m excited to come back again!

I especially loved the stretching at the end it really helped relieve my back pain and left me feeling amazing. I can't wait for my next class!

The atmosphere in the studio was welcoming, relaxing, and motivating at the same time. The movements were challenging in the best way—they really targeted the right muscles, and I could feel my core, glutes, and overall body working throughout the session. Every exercise felt purposeful rather than repetitive. I left the class feeling stronger, more energized, and already looking forward to my next session.
