Brad demonstrates each exercise at the start of the class and offers up modifications to optimize building strength or to ease up a bit as needed. He’s great at providing pointers on form and praise when you’re doing well, plus encouragement to push yourself to the end of each interval. I’ve seen real gains in my fitness, strength, and improved body composition from these classes!
