The exercises may seem simple at first, but they really tackle any weak spots you might have, ensuring no muscle goes unnoticed. It’s the most intense workout I’ve ever had. I love how it combines elements of ballet and Pilates, offering a unique and effective experience that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful, full-body workout!

Dancing and moving together helps removing it, at least a bit. Fun- jumping into the river and then sauna, and then again, heals the body and refills the energy., Absolutely a worth experience!!

I know how to dance but I am not comfortable with choreography, the group made me feel okay being “clumsy” and at the end, I’ve just stopped controlling and had a lot of fun & good sweat 💪 - thank you!
