Voir tous les avisI’ve tried several Saints & Stars locations across Amsterdam, and this one is by far the best when it comes to the staff and overall atmosphere. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and the level of customer service genuinely goes above and beyond. A special shoutout to Kris and Eva — they are both absolute gems! They’re always so warm, helpful, and happy to go the extra mile, which makes such a difference. They really make you feel welcomed and part of the community. The sense of community at this location is unlike any of the other gyms I’ve been to. It’s the kind of place where the staff remember you, genuinely care, and make you feel at home. Definitely my favourite Saints & Stars location!

Voir tous les avisOne of the best technical kickboxing classes I’ve taken. The techniques were explained in a really clear and easy-to-follow way, making it both educational and challenging. The atmosphere is very respectful, which made me feel completely comfortable sparring with men. Everyone trains with control and knows their own strengths, creating a safe and supportive environment to learn and improve. The bar host was very kind and helpful too! Highly recommend!

Voir tous les avisThe gym was overall good. The staff provided a friendly welcome, and there was enough equipment. On the negative side, the soap dispensers and paper towel holders were empty, the hairdryer wasn't working, and the sauna rules aren't being followed.

Voir tous les avisMy favourite class so far! It was a special one, focused on progressive weight lifting: doing the same reps but increasing the load each time. It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3
