Instructions are on point, i rarely have to look at him for reference. He always dedicates time at the end of the class to dive deeper into specific poses and i genuinely see progress. Also, he’s funny and has great playlists. 1000/10

Voir tous les avisThis strength class was exactly what I was looking for! Laura was amazing, so so good at cueing and guiding us through each movement. I ended up using heavier weights than I even knew I could lift, and I left feeling so strong and accomplished :) I’ll definitely be going back!

Voir tous les avisMy favourite class so far! It was a special one, focused on progressive weight lifting: doing the same reps but increasing the load each time. It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3
