Voir tous les avisThis class was great!! I did the boxing class before but this was my first kickboxing class. The music was great and not too loud and Rachel's instructions were clear and she moved around the class a lot to demonstrate the moves so that every everyone could see ! I couldn't keep up with the moves but there's no pressure, everyone is supportive and in their own zone. I had fun and worked up a great sweat and will come back for kickboxing again!
