Voir tous les avisI liked the format of this class a lot. It requires a little more attention than others as we were split into 2 groups and were stopping/starting exercises at different times. I really liked the class and the instructor demoed most exercises, although I would have liked each circuit to be demoed before starting since it was sometimes hard to hear the cues.

I am looking forward to my next class and highly recommend it to anyone looking to change up their health and wellness routine. The studio is also very clean!
