Voir tous les avisAmazing class! The instructor was so kind and the attendees were as well :) It was my first adult beginner class and I did not feel intimidated at all since everyone was so nice. The music was so cute too. I have no background in ballet and this class was perfect. The instructor fixed my positions and always reminded me to get in correct formation so I learned a lot. Def coming back! Thank you!

Voir tous les avisJoella's class flowed so well from one pose to the next, with good pace. This made it easier to follow. Lots of deep stretching that is appropriate for a beginner, but also can be tailored to your own level. Highly recommend!
