I really enjoy working on the same flow and learning the progressions over a period of months and the included meditative elements have greatly improved my life. Could not recommend Eddy more as a knowledgeable and kind teacher.

Voir tous les avisThe class was fun and informal! Let loose and shake all your inhibitions out- you’re here to dance! Once you get over the beginning scares, you’ll have fun in no time :) Instructor started class without checking everyone in- which confused me, but I was also fine with that! Everyone got into a spot and started mirroring the instructor’s movements. It was definitely a class for me to get out of my comfort bubble and sweat!
