She shared that this was her first time teaching in this time slot and as a result, ran into a couple technical issues (e.g., not able to play music), but it would not have been noticeable if she didn’t mention it! I love the private room, it’s got enough space to move safely but still feel cozy. There are three or four towels so you don’t have to bring your own. The cold plunge tub is huge. I set a goal of how long I’d stay in the sauna and the cold plunge and made it a game (I won btw). Really cool concept and despite the drastic difference in temperatures, I do feel rejuvenated after my hour there. The studio is also VERY clean. Give it a try!
