    Hot Sculpt 60

    Liz was a great teacher! Very informative and gave great cues. The class was a true sculpt - combined resistance bands with weights and traditional yoga asanas. It was a really great workout, I’ll definitely be back!

    This studio is a hidden gem! Shannon was so friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about cycling. Shannon’s energy was infectious and so appreciated. The class was great and included 30 minutes of vigorous cycling plus core on the mat. I’ll definitely be back & I recommend GritFit to anyone looking for a welcoming studio!

    Small Group Training Session

    Intimate 2 mat personal training session with a super talented & kind trainer, Jess! Our 1 hour class focused on a full body, dumbell & ankle weight workout. We did arms, lower body, and core plus started with a warm up and cardio burst then cool down at the end. Jess was super accommodating and it was a very well rounded workout, I’d definitely recommend to anyone!

    This workout was seriously so well thought out and full of encouragement. It felt like a fun, community-based gym class for adults! Functional strength training and mobility with cardio as well. Not to mention you’re working out at Carrier Park in the sunshine. Consider me hooked!
