Very heavy springs, fewer reps, and longer rests (~40s). Shoulder work at 1B1Y or 2B… iykyk, it seemed too heavy for everyone for consistent, controlled movement. Lots of people having to break between every single rep. Feels a bit mismatched given the room is all women — would love to see more focus on stability, control, and flow.

He explains clearly what he does which I found helpful and has a wealth of knowledge. Most of the pain disappeared during the treatment and the remaining ones have almost gone after a day. It was almost strange, but wonderful, to sleep without any pressure or stiffness in my back. Can’t wait to get used to this feeling. I have already booked a second session with him and he also does ACC treatments. He also knows about treating someone who is hyper flexible, and the Google reviews are worth checking out too. Nice and easy parking right outside. I won’t be wasting my time by going to see anyone else. Seems like he is the one stop shop I’ve been looking for in NZ.
