Plus the transitions are easy to predict as they follow the beat of the music. Song choices are sublime and Amanda does a great job at motivating her class to push themselves. I book cycling every week and look forward to Amanda teaching the class :))

Todd’s instruction was perfection - easy to follow, moves that were all customizable/had modifications (you can adjust to make them as hard or as gentle as you’d like), FANTASTIC music and fun energy from start to finish. She's gentle with her corrections and if I don't seem to understand she'll use different words. The workout was the perfect level of difficulty and a great mix of moves.

I loved the energy and the personal attention our instructor gave us, both in terms of encouragement and correcting our form. I’m out of shape and I can tell this workout will get me into shape! Muscles were shaking and it took lots of deep breathing to get through it.
