see all reviewsPat gave me some great mods for the workout today as I was experiencing lower back pain coming into the class from some issues I’m working thru in Chiro. He helped big time and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back! AO knows their s*** :).

see all reviewsSheena is a great coach and has a great sense of humor. This was my first class with her, and she made a point to ask/remember my name. She was exceptionally attentive even with there being a ton of circuits and made sure to make corrections to everyone’s form when necessary. Beyond that, I really appreciated her individual motivation — this was a challenging class, so her hyping me up when I was fighting to not quit made all the difference.

see all reviewsMy first time attending. It was a beautiful ambiance, lovely setting and Vanush made music with real instruments. All felt so soothing and authentic. The pace is very fast, so beginners may struggle. But overall a truly wonderful experience.

see all reviewsBretton’s energy was everything. Although the class was rigorous at times he was a phenomenal instructor, motivating the entire crowd. To the point where we would recite back chants. Never experienced that before! Thanks for making the class so fun, Bretton!

see all reviewsKiller bells was killer! I am sore today, but no regrets because I had a great time in class!! This gym is so well organized and had excellent instruction. For each circuit there was a TV and demo video clip so you wouldn’t forget what to do next. I did modify as needed by finding some smaller weights for certain exercises and asked for help and feedback on some exercises I was unfamiliar with. I felt welcome and encouraged even when the work outs got hard. If want a good warm up show up early and they have a warm up written out to follow on your own pace.

see all reviewsLoved it, there was enough to get a solid workout. Most times I checkout a new studio, it feels too easy or just scattered over the place. The programming here feels balanced and good.

see all reviewsI don’t live in Steiner, but I am here a lot and had some free time this morning for Memorial Day weekend, so I decided to try one of the classes here for once. When I signed up for the class, I thought it was going be super easy. The gym is set behind the little shopping (Bulls) area kind of hidden away in the back. Small open gym area when you walk in past the front desk you go to the right and walk back into the workout room past the weights. I actually thought it was also going to be more yoga focused, it was not and I’m so glad I wore my tennis shoes because that was needed. Sharon really gave me an amazing workout. Every single person in the class was very welcoming ( especially Miriam being helpful 🤩)and engaging. Sharon talked throughout ( in a good way) about freedom and Memorial Day. She was so respectful to all of our veterans and those who died for this country when. She even talked about the music that was playing and every single song was dedicated to or focused on what we should be thankful for in living in America, and for those who died for this country. She had some freaking energy that was WOW!!
