Voir tous les avisThe class was great! This was my first time during CrossFit. I don’t lift free weights usually when I go to the gym but learning proper technique is key. I don’t like doing push ups but it wasn’t so bad doing the modification. I would definitely recommend the strength training class.

Made sure you were going at your own pace and doing the movements correctly to prevent injury. I couldn’t complete all the rounds and she didn’t make me feel bad at all for it which is nice.
