We keep class sizes small so that athletes can get adequate coaching. We want you move well and learn something. We are all about quality, not quantity.

Please don't drop empty barbells or dumbbells. We want to keep those around you safe!We also ask that you wipe down your equipment with spray and towels (provided) so that the next person who uses that equipment gets the same great experience that you did.
