Yoga for Better Mobility
Voir tous les avisI had a wonderful experience at this studio. The front desk staff and the instructor were very calm, peaceful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed the class; it was unlike any yoga class I’ve attended before. I loved that the mats were set out in advance, and this was my first time using a bolster, which was incredibly comfortable and helpful. The entire space was very clean and well managed. I’ll definitely be returning for more classes, and I’m also excited to try the float pod!

Voir tous les avisThis was my first time going to flow yoga and I LOVED it. The atmosphere, decor, and overall vibe is easily the best of all the studios I’ve been too. Marya is an amazing instructor as well, she is clearly well seasoned and well informed. It’s a beautiful studio with beautiful people in it, I may need to make this studio my home 💜

Voir tous les avisIt was a great class with great music! It keeps your heart rate up and allows you to release any pent up energy. You feel very accomplished at the end. There is more running and stairs then I expected so know that going in.

Voir tous les avisYoga pod has a nice set up that’s easy to follow. Before you enter the barre space there are props and a list of props you will need for class. The class is set up so that the instructor teaches in the middle or on wherever is most suitable for clients. Samantha’s class was equal parts fun and uplifting and hard. If you are looking for an upbeat instructor who challenges you, this is the place!

Voir tous les avisI don't live in Austin anymore, but when I did, I had a package of monthly classes and a massage at Myo. I miss it so much! All the classes are fantastic, and so attuned to students' needs. Every teacher makes a point to ask about injuries and offers modifications. I highly recommend Myo to anyone, especially people who are recovering from injuries, are hypermobile, or otherwise are wanting to be conscious of safe movement!
