I have been coming to Chandra Yoga for over 3 years now and I have improved so much thanks to Master Sida! The shala is lovely, the girls at reception are always friendly. And the cold towel during shavasana plus the warm tea after is a bonus that keeps bringing me back. Thank you to the whole team! My favorite yoga place ever

Class was a little fast pace for a beginner I thought (I’m intermediate-adv) and I felt like I was getting a regular yoga session in. But I didn’t think of it as a bad thing, it was a nice flow. Mats could be cleaned a little better though but I appreciate the hands on adjustments a lot.
