Voir tous les avisClass was a little fast pace for a beginner I thought (I’m intermediate-adv) and I felt like I was getting a regular yoga session in. But I didn’t think of it as a bad thing, it was a nice flow. Mats could be cleaned a little better though but I appreciate the hands on adjustments a lot.
