Very good class for all levels. I am a beginner and this was my first practice. 3 coaches who were alle very nice and took their time to instruct me well and teach me basic techniques. After the workout I was very excited about how it went and how good it was. I will definitely come back and highly recommend to try this place.

Had a great experience at Muay Thai Innov8 MMA Bangkok! The trainers were friendly, patient, and very welcoming. Surprisingly, there was even a trainer who could speak Indonesian, which made the experience even more comfortable. The training sessions are compact and well-structured, making them perfect for beginners. What impressed me the most, though, was how incredibly clean the place is. The gym is spotless, and the AC is nice and cold—such a refreshing experience after a good workout! Overall, I really enjoyed training here and felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for beginners!

Kru Wiroj holds pads really well n if ur lucky the class turns into a personal training class if ur the only person. Bear in mind there's no punching bag in case ur expecting one but place is cool and clean. Will definitely go back when back in town
