I am a beginner and this was my first practice. 3 coaches who were alle very nice and took their time to instruct me well and teach me basic techniques. Instructors will swap every 6 mins, so it was fun meeting them all. The group classes are at the blue building in Level 2, enter through side door. Don't get confused with their ring on the next street like me!

Honestly wish I could give it 6 stars. It a private session, with a strong focus on one-on-one coaching. You can really feel your skills improving. The coach is expert feels like you’re training with real OGs. The place is super clean, and the reception staff are really welcoming. I loved it. The coaching is incredibly detailed, honestly the most thorough I’ve experienced at any gym. I was a bit concerned at first after reading a Google review, but there was no inappropriate behavior at all !!!.The gym is super clean and very well-maintained.
