Voir tous les avisAs someone who doesn't sweat easily, I was out of breath and dripping 5 mins into the class. Make sure to wear shorts and a tank, the heated room makes you work real hard! Burned over 400 calories by end of the class which is my personal best and I sweat buckets. So fun!!

Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

The class is fun filling and easy to follow with the dance rhythm. The instructor is very energetic and encouraging. I like her smiles and her enthusiasm that brings the energy to the class. Overall I enjoyed my experience and I would definitely recommend this studio and dance class to my friends.

Definitely more challenging than I expected as it was my first time doing this but will definitely come again! I loved the added touch of the instructor coming around to put essential oil on our wrists during shavasana :)
