Challenging and intense (in a great way) is my current outlook. Jillian has great energy and knows how to inspire. Voir tous les avisThe instructor was great! I'll definitely try to schedule another one of her classes. I was really challenged but didn't feel too frustrated or uncomfortable during the class. Her energy was great, she had great suggestions to improve form, and she was very encouraging. I really liked the order and timing of the moves she chose for the class.

Voir tous les avisThe instructor is really nice and gentle. She pays attention to all my positions so that I could do correctly. I do feel a lot of stretch and relax on my arms, back side especially lower back. Highly recommend! Will definitely come again!

Voir tous les avisMeant for absolute pilates beginners - if you don’t know how to use the machine at all. While it’s a beginner friendly class, it’s a solid workout. Instructor was great - would take her class again. Had good awareness of everyone in the class and provided correction and assistance when needed. Note that a lot of time is spent on explanations during this class so would not recommend if you have any Pilates experience.

Voir tous les avisBeautiful yoga space. Great pace and verbal cues are tailored towards those who have practiced. It may be a bit challenging to those new to yoga, but not impossible as the room appeared to be filled with regulars. I’m totally going back next week for Samantha’s class!!

I highly recommend taking a class at Pilates on 10th. All of the staff are exceptionally kind and able to assist in any Pilates journey.

I was emailed key access and asked to download the Kisi app, but did not need it at this location (as of 2/22/24 anyway). Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Locker room and class space are both upstairs. Enjoyed the upbeat Barre class.
