    Great class! Stefon has been by far my favorite coach at Barry’s. Engaging and more intentional about his demonstrations of the exercises. For the other Barry’s classes I’ve taken, there are often people looking around confused because the demos are very limited so people aren’t sure to do. Stefon was great about showing the moves to avoid that.

    Great workout and great coaches! Dani and Monica did a great job of actually going around and correcting people’s form and giving cues which I don’t always see at F45 gyms, so I highly recommend taking a class with either of them! Parking in downtown Kirkland can be tricky, but there’s free parking at the library and it’s only a few mins to walk over from there! Even tho it’s not the closest F45 to me, I think I would come back for the great coaching!

    I recently attended Sarita’s hot fast and furious fusion class and was impressed. The high-energy environment, combined with elements of yoga, barre, and weightlifting, made for a comprehensive workout that left me feeling both challenged and invigorated.     Loved this! Very approachable intro to the machine. I do a bit of mat Pilates and have done barre in the past so it felt familiar enough in terms of the form. Mia offered lots of modifications which was appreciated, I was able to modify to make some moves harder and others more challenging. I think I will take one more intro class and then try one of their more classic formats!
