She had a great lesson plan, communicated each movement really clearly, and gave thoughtful corrections throughout the class. I left feeling so good, strong, and accomplished. Five stars!

Voir tous les avisHadn’t taken a hot yoga class in about five months. Despite being out of shape, I was able to go at my own pace. The instructor gave Great guidance during class. Instead of using all of the names for the different poses, she describes what your body is actually doing which I really appreciated and it helped me follow along. Warning it is very hot in there so take things at your own pace.

Jenny creates a welcoming and encouraging environment, and the workouts are a great mix of strength and cardio. The stations are well organized, and the class moves at a pace that keeps you engaged without feeling overwhelming.
