Voir tous les avisI was visiting Boston and picked up this class but I loved it! The equipment is great and this class was hard a lot of fast songs but with considerable resistance that really made me feel like I was getting a strong workout. I also really liked that they had a wider range of hand weights. Jill was a great instructor and her queuing was well timed but felt varied throughout class so I was never tuning it out.

Voir tous les avisNice facilities, fine gym. Very nice staff. I was surprised to see there are male trainers on the floor, but not a big deal at all - just a heads up. Bring your own plastic bag for soiled gym clothes if you plan to shower, almost everything else is provided.

Love the playlists too the effort is grand and that goes for all instructors. You can feel that they love what they do and they want to make you love it too

Voir tous les avisDid a TABATA class and it was great! The instructor was motivating, clear with her instructions and offered higher and lower intensity options for all rounds. It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

Voir tous les avisTyler is hands down the best spin instructor I’ve ever had. He created a fun and safe space and had just the right amount of choreography. It was easy to navigate as a beginner too and he came up and made sure I was settled and comfortable. Plus the playlist was perfect.

I am mainly training for Hyrox but would definitely add this session regularly to grow more strength. Also pretty nice open gym place and clean shower room. good job Everybody Fights!

Deana was great; her instructions were clear and she gave good cues throughout to make sure everyone was on track. The studio is bigger than I expected and offers a wide variety of class types, plus an impressive open gym. I would definitely visit again.

The front desk lady was also really nice. She charged my phone for me while I was in class and gave me a handwritten welcoming thank you note. That part really stood out for me.

The instructor was very welcoming and helpful setting us up, much appreciated since I haven't taken spin in years and my wife never, plus she doesn't speak English, so the extra kindness and patience with us was lovely. The class was go-at-your-own-place challenging, which was great because I had to work hard to keep up with all the sprints and hills, but my wife was equally comfortable just pedaling slowly in her own little la-la land, ignoring the queues. Overall I would recommend this class to any age or fitness level.
