Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very sweet, which was incredibly comforting. As someone who is usually very self-conscious and prone to anxiety, I was a bit nervous going in. However, Liz's warm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. Her instruction was clear and calming, and the atmosphere in the studio was so inviting, especially with the dim lighting, which helped create a peacetul, grounding environment. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire class. I left feeling both relaxed and empowered, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. If you're someone who feels anxious or out of place in group settings, I highly recommend Liz's class - she truly made a difference in helping me feel at ease. 🫶🏻

I also loved that when Gabi made corrections, she turned off her mic so as not to make anyone feel on the spot/embarrassed/uncomfortable. Will absolutely be taking her classes in the future! Voir tous les avisReally nice practice and music, with a great instructor. Typical vinyasa flows, lots of core/bridge poses and a shavasana with cold (I think eucalyptus or lavender?) towels. Up one flight of stairs to get in, the studio is clean and gorgeous with a large room and low lighting for the class. There are pre-assigned spots for mats - you can't choose your space via ClassPass, I was stuck by the door which I didn't love. But also for your first class they give a free mat plus two towels for your face and mat. The temperature felt hotter in the room than other similar studios I've been to, but they opened the door a lot.

The instructor, Ben, was so inclusive and sweet and cool, with great pace and clear instructions, I can’t say enough good things about him!! Great class, great studio space, the girl at the front desk was super helpful as well.

Voir tous les avisI don’t come regularly but every time I make it to class it’s always motivating and fun and 45 minutes though brutal at times go by very fast. If managment reads the comments can I suggest a sticky mat at the door so people who don’t change shoes can’t at least get some sidewalk / subway / bathroom filth off their shoes since many exercises require us on our forearms and hands.

What I would suggest be changed for this class is doing multiple sets at the stations and only one lap rather than doing one set and multiple laps. I didn’t feel the burn. Usually, I’m able to work up a good sweat during a F45 class. Not this one. One set and multiple laps may work better for a cardio class and not strength training.

They had a little issue with the mic where the songs went almost silent when the instructor talked. I do like the constant coaching but I wonder if there’s a way to keep the music up more while they speak.

Voir tous les avisI had a great time! While I didn’t know the general routine of things in this gym my first time there, I picked it up fairly easily. Instructions are demonstrated, and then if you forgot immediately like I do, there are videos of the moves playing on the walls. There are multiple instructors who come around to offer pointers and encouragement. I had to rummage around the gym at times to find lighter weights for some exercises, but aside from that it went really well! We all worked up a sweat and I know I left with a smile.
