I live in the SW but I’ll definitely be going to more of his classes!! Great music, great energy, what an absolute blast! The yoga flow was also really relaxing and gave me a good stretch! ❤️🫶🏻

The instructor (Cat) helped get us setup with the bikes and made adjustments where needed. During the class, Cat was motivating, encouraging and offered alternatives for us who are less experienced at spin. Very enjoyable class. Thank you.
