I appreciated for the IV they gave me a private room to myself and a heat pack for on top of my arm so the IV didn’t feel cold going in. The seats are super comfortable and recline. When I first arrived the lady at the front desk was expecting me , and said my name before I offered, simply with the appointment time. I was given a short questionnaire on medical history and then brought to the back so Monica could start the IV. Monica was gentle and explained the next steps effortlessly, making me feel at ease.
