Voir tous les avisThe instructors showed the exercises on the screen and we were put into groups of 2 people per station. I was 5-minutes late, but still able to join and jumped right in. We probably went through each station 3-4 times in-between short breaks, then crunches, and then did stretches. It was very rapid so you need to keep up, but I was still able to go at my own pace. It was interesting, since it was my first time, but fun. Definitely a HIIT class.

His advice on gauging max rep speed and weight that doesn’t compromise good form is key. It would be awesome for more coaches to adopt his style, especially for injury-prone folks like myself

Lauren had great energy but the demos were sometimes shown on the other side of the room and had to copy another person which meant I missed out of reps/counts. I would 100% go again for the burn
