I love Yogabox but there’s a culture of people leaving before savasana and bringing/using phones in the studio room that can be disruptive and frustrating as another student. It’d be great if these sort of things could be more discouraged.

The class instructions said to arrive 20 mins early for your first time, but that was definitely not necessary. I would arrive 10-15 minutes early so you have time to sign the waiver and get instructions. They also have face towels available, even though the instruction says you need to rent them.

She was so encouraging, had an incredible energy and playlist. She was walk around and correcting form while also challenging students to increase weights where she saw fit. If I lived here, I would 1000% be a regular. I couldn’t recommend this enough and am pumped for SD to get a studio :)

Initially this class was hard for me but I got mostly caught up with some others. I didn’t at the time but said I might have some as I go through the circuits. She was great and made sure to watch and supported with form as needed. Once I had a question about how to do an exercise and she helped immediately. Going into a new space can be intimidating but I took my time and rested as needed. I didn’t feel out of place or less than anyone else. Great vibes.
