He does a really great job of making everyone in the class feel like they belong there, and building us all up as a team. He is constantly encouraging his people and says all the right things to keep us motivated. His playlists are FIRE, and he plays the right at the right tempo to keep the energy going. The music was so good and the facility was clean and honestly just COOL to be in (ornate ceilings, vintage mirrors). I will be back!

Voir tous les avisI absolutely love this gym, this class, and these instructors! It’s my second time taking the class and it’s a GREAT workout. also, I love the instructor! It’s a small gym so they only ever have 6 or 7 people taking a class at a time (the two times I’ve been). All women. Everyone’s really nice and the instructors push you a healthy amount and are really good at paying attention to your form, correcting it if needed, and pushing you to the finish line. They are awesome with suggesting modifications, too, and encourage you to do what you’re comfortable doing. Will definitely keep going back!

Abi pushed me just the right amount and he gave clear instructions on every movement and paid attention to every details. It was such a good workout and I picked up the correct forms of boxing. I think this is something that makes this class different than any other as we tend to forget to work and stretch our smaller muscles. Voir tous les avis30 minutes really isn’t enough time considering you literally can’t get in until the MOMENT your reservation starts. It takes time to take off your coat/winter clothes, set up music if you wanna use the speaker, set up and sanitize (let’s say 3 minutes) plus a super minimal 5 minute warm up and maybe 2 minutes to stretch- that leaves you with 20 minutes left to actually workout (but you have to get rebundled to outside and clean up after yourself so really more like 17 minutes)

There are more challenging classes, of course, but not having done Step Aerobics since the 90s, I thought I'd ease in. Everyone was super inviting, it's not the kind of place you slink into the back of the class without people getting to know your name....I like that! I'll be back, definitely!
