She has a beautifully rare blend of providing motivation, safely pushing you to your max while not being annoying or corny. The vibe is always fun and a GREAT cardio workout - amidst an industry that sometimes forgets how important this component is (vs. strength training only). Before you know it, the workout is done, you feel incredible and the rest of the day is yours.

Voir tous les avisLOVE LOVE LOVE. Difficult, but crazy fun. You just jump in and take your time and learn the movements by following the instructor (follow the feet, not the hands). Nadia was so welcoming and just had a blast, it’s really a huge dance party with planned movements. I almost bailed because I’m typically a strength training / weight lifting girl, but do it!! It’s worth it.

Voir tous les avisI’m pretty sure this class is no longer available. When I arrived for the open level dance class, the signs directing us to the class led to dead ends. My friend and I checked every floor and asked others if they knew where the Dynamic Force Dance class is taking place and no one knew about it. When nothing came up from that, we called the number listed on their Instagram page which also led to a dead end. If you are planning on taking this class, don’t waste your time.
