The facial accomplished the lymphatic drainage i was looking for. Afterwards they wash your face and apply different serums and creams. I will definitely be back 😊

Dermaplaning Chemical Peel
Voir tous les avisI booked the dermaplaning chemical peel, but she refused to do the chemical peel because I had extreme dry skin that was reacting to the weather and a somewhat recent change in skincare products. Thats fine but she still charged me for the full service I booked, not the standard dermaplaning I received. It would probably be great for someone taking a very medical/no-nonsense approach to a long-term skin recovery process but I was more looking for a relaxing spa facial experience. It was much less relaxing than other facial experiences I’ve received in the past, there was no music, no facial massage, it was very fast and the majority of the time she was just continuously critiquing my skin and talking about other treatments I’ll require every two weeks (tbh I’m pretty young and have no noticeable sun damage, my acne damage is largely healed, still working on getting enough moisture in my skin in the winter, but I’ve spent a lot of time and effort getting my skin to almost perfect where it is now, so it was wild to hear everything she had to say).

For half of the visit, there was loud buzzing coming from another business. Definitely wasn’t quiet and as peaceful as I was hoping. Totally not her fault though!

Voir tous les avisEl Homme is very nice, but I think that the aestheticians are variably experienced which can make it challenging when booking via ClassPass rather than being a regular customer who knows which aestheticians are skilled at what service. I had hoped to do a leg wax, Brazilian wax, brow wax + tinting, but the only aesthetician available on the day of my appointment wasn’t a very experienced waxer (she correctly was forthcoming about this to me and her manager). However, she was still advised by management to wax my legs and brows. Despite not having as much experience, I could tell that she did take her time to do the best that she could. The process took approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes over 2 consecutive days, and there is still a bit of hair on my legs because she ultimately had to rush to finish on the second day of waxing my legs.
