I would actually really enjoy this format again!!! It got a lot of people to try HBAM who might not ever book the class. Also, amazing music, as always

Voir tous les avisMore challenging class than other hot pilates in the area which I appreciated, though still accessible to all fitness levels. The instructor was friendly and welcoming while still motivating. Showers on site, which not every studio has. I would attend another class here.
