Voir tous les avisI think the instructor was really engaging and did an awesome job of making me feel welcome. While this is definitely not my kind of workout class, I was comfortable and had some fun during it. The facility was very clean and has an array of amenities. HUGE plus for that! The only thing that really turned me off was the pressure to sign up for monthly classes. I haven’t experienced that yet at any of the studios I have gone to, though they weren’t “gym style” studios so that could be the difference. Otherwise, I will drop in here and there for a class with my bestie but it wasn’t my jam.

After class they spoke to me about different membership options but said I could continue to participate using ClassPass credits. It was a pretty tough nonstop with good combination of high and low impact cardio options and weight resistance training. Probably would describe the class I took as a little less than Boot Camp or across Fit type class…. I will definitely use credits to go back👍

Such an amazing instructor he truly goes up to everyone in the class and pushed you past your limits, I’ve never seen anything like it and i have been to so many gyms across FL and AZ. I’m 22 weeks pregnant he not only pushes you and makes you feel strong but also helps you modify to make sure you are safe! He makes you also laugh throughout the entire class i cannot wait to come back and take his class again he is a next level instructor! 12/10!!

The workout was very comprehensive and the instructor Aaron was very attentive to my needs and provided modifications where needed. This was my first workout in weeks after having been ill and he was super accommodating to where I was at with easing back into a fitness routine while still pushing me. Thanks for a great first class!🙌🏼
