She had amazing spiritual energy and she shared it with the class. I was able to really sweat out some stress! I feel stronger and more relaxed after this class! Loved and would recommend!

The staff at F45 went above and beyond in assisting me with my form, especially with this being my first class, and ensuring I pushed myself and stayed safe in doing so. The instructors made me feel very welcomed and challenged and encouraged me throughout the workout multiple times. A very different experience than the largo location. I will def be coming back to this location from now on.
