Even if you get to the studio 5 minutes early you’re going to be forced to ask people to move to make room for your mat which is just not a great experience and is something that could be avoided.

Voir tous les avisIt was a great class! It was my first time at an F45 class and Ronnie was amazing and walked me through everything. New classes, especially something like F45 can feel very intimidating but Ronnie made me feel welcome right away. He walked everyone through all the exercises and was awesome at motivating, pushing us and giving tips along the way to correct form. It was a tough workout and super fun!

WRK has a small group training feel and Merle was a great coach. Everyone there was super welcoming and friendly. I’m displaced right now from hurricanes and I’m glad I found a great gym. It was not a rhythm based class and there was no choreography or anything. The music was super low as they have volume restrictions. If you are new to cycling, give this place a try.
