For being pregnant and post partum, this was a nice experience and intensity level. I was able to modify and knew when not to go past a certain point. The instructor really made you feel comfortable and transition easily into each following position. Elliot was also helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to our next class.

Caitlin was an amazing instructor who made us feel comfortable while encouraging us to push ourselves. The studio was clean and organized, and everyone from the front desk ladies to the women in the class were so welcoming and helpful. As first-timers, my friend and I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Voir tous les avisThis class was so much more than I expected. I got to hang upside down using body weight and gravity to stretch and decompress my whole person. I was sweating like it was hot yoga. Celine began the class with grounding and centering intentions. What appeared to be and might become an easy warm-up was challenging it was full send heart and hip opening. Warm up then led to a beginner aerial flow even inversions and small trickery. Being upside down made me feel a little drunk, glad I hadn’t eaten/ that was SO fun and also a proper challenge. Thanks Celine that was a real eye-opening class and suPEr appreciate the way you looked out for me as a beginner blockhead.
