Voir tous les avisSuch a fun experience! This was not my first time taking a strong flow class, but it was my first time taking Savannah’s class. Let me tell you, it was so much fun! The flow felt like I was able to challenge myself without struggling and she kept the energy of the class upbeat and fun. The perfect way to kick off the weekend. I will definitely be a Thursday night regular now!
Our main jam is power vinyasa classes and you’ll find a lot of them on our schedule…warm slow burn & chill

Even though this was my first yoga class her instructions and demonstrations were really easy to follow. I love the slow pace of it - super PCOS (and vertigo) friendly! Will definitely be coming back :)

Voir tous les avisErin was great with providing modifications and correcting form. It was super helpful to have that guidance and support through the class. Left feeling like I got a thorough full body workout. The jumping aspect was great to add some cardio into Pilate as well.

And, first time taking a (HIIT) F45 class. I was kindly welcomed by our instructor Liz S. She was helpful, knowledgeable and made sure to give me suggestions throughout the class knowing it was my first time there. So appreciated! Look forward to my next class.

She was incredibly encouraging, offering clear instructions and modifications that kept everyone engaged, no matter their skill level. Lisa’s positive attitude and motivation pushed me to give my best effort, and I felt so accomplished by the end of the class. Her attention to form and technique ensured we were getting the most out of every move. If you’re looking for a class that will leave you feeling strong, inspired, and energized, Lisa’s class is a must-try!
