Voir tous les avisJust enough challenge in this class, I always feel it in my abs. Definitely not pilates except for the ab section so I definitely think they need to rename this to something like “hot sculpt.” Also wish they had at least eight-pound weights for things like lunges! Regardless this instructor is super great at cueing and moving around, love her energy. I feel like this studio definitely took comments to heart and greatly improved the sound in the studio and the customer service at the front desk. I’m a big fan now, especially with the variety and number of classes they offer - super convenient especially with free validated parking!

Voir tous les avisThis yoga class was truly rejuvenating. It started with gentle warm-ups and transitioned into a lightweight flow, building strength and flexibility. The instructor's guidance was excellent. Towards the end, we had a short meditation and relaxation session, letting go of tension through guided visualization. The calming atmosphere left me feeling peaceful :)

This class was a little more stretching focused, which would make it a less intense intro to pure barre if you’re looking for a class to test the waters or if you’re looking for an active-recovery type of workout class. Instructor was very nice and friendly, gave feedback by name which was sweet!
