I love how she incorporates rhythm into each of the exercises. I was in a full on trance doing mountain climbers to City Girl’s “My type”. The music selection is a 10 out of 10. The front desk staff is so sweet and has such a wonderful energy. Shout Joanne (sorry if i misspelled your name). I will def be back.

The studio was spotless and aesthetic, the instructor Rose was INCREDIBLE, and the playlist was fire. It was the perfect mix of flow and challenging movements. Rose was highly motivating and curated a phenomenal full body burn. I’m very impressed and wish I lived here because I’d buy a membership. Will be back any time I’m in Miami!

Voir tous les avisHonestly I have been to many mat Pilates classes, and this was one of the toughest and best classes I have ever been to - and this one isn’t even heated! I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
