60 Min. Tru Yin (Candle lit)
Voir tous les avisIn a city where even the palm trees seem to be competing for Instagram followers, TruFusion's Coral Gables location has managed to turn zen into Miami's hottest ticket since Jimmy Butler's coffee venture. The studio, bathed in more mood lighting than a Drake music video, offers a yin yoga experience that's equal parts South Beach swank and spiritual sanctuary. Florencia Rolandelli, the studio's resident yin master, orchestrates her 60-minute classes like a mindfulness mixtape, dropping beats of tranquility in a room that transitions from sultry crimson to electric blue faster than a Pitbull chorus. The space itself is a testament to Miami's love affair with luxury: marble-clad changing rooms that would make the Versace mansion blush, and a retail section curated with enough high-end athleisure to make your credit card seek therapy. But it's the practice rooms that steal the show – vast spaces where LED lighting transforms basic stretches into something between "Avatar" and Art Basel. Rolandelli's yin class plays out like a slow-motion highlight reel of relaxation. Her bilingual cues flow seamlessly between English and Spanish, creating an inclusive vibe that's pure Miami. The sequence – from brutal toe stands to happy baby pose – feels less like exercise and more like a negotiation with gravity where everyone wins. The clientele is as diverse as Ocean Drive on a Saturday night: NFL players seeking recovery, tech bros decompressing from crypto crashes, and enough Instagram influencers to crash the Wi-Fi. Local car dealers stretch next to juicy sugar babies and spiritual seekers, while runners and CrossFit zealots discover that flexibility isn't just about lease terms or WOD modifications. The heated room adds just enough warmth to make the experience feel earned, without crossing into hot yoga territory where your chakras need a cooling system. Each pose is held long enough to make you question your life choices, then release into sweet relief, much like Miami traffic. But it's not all lotus poses and namaste. The studio's attention to sanitation would impress a CDC inspector, and the security measures are tighter than a post-pigeon pose hamstring. The changing rooms offer a spa-like sanctuary where even the most bejeweled and augmented Miami mamacita would feel at home. At its core, TruFusion Coral Gables is where Miami's "see and be seen" culture meets actual self-reflection – both metaphorically and in the studio's generous mirrors. It's a place where the quest for inner peace comes with premium amenities and a side of scene, proving that mindfulness can indeed wear designer leggings. BOTTOM LINE: A worthy splurge for those seeking enlightenment with a side of extra. Just don't forget to tag your chakras on social media. Rating: 4.5/5 Meditation Cushions Best For: Everyone from zen seekers to scene makers Watch Out For: Your wallet's downward dog

Voir tous les avisPROS: Luisa’s flow always hits. I love her teaching style and love the energy she brings to class. CONS: Not the biggest fan of the padded floors and the room temp has barely been reaching 88F lately :/ Will keep going to Break Free, but I just hope they can work on better keeping the room as hot as it used to be

Voir tous les avisInstructor is great, music was great. like many of the other reviews I would say the music was too loud and I couldn’t hear what the next move was. She did move around the room which helped but when she would move away I couldn’t hear anything.

Voir tous les avisIt’s a little unclear by the description but at least today, this was a yoga-flow based class with strength work added in to some postures through wrist/ankle weights and light band weights. I was worried by the mentions of “cardio” that it would be burpees and mountain climbers, but it’s really just getting your heart rate up through dynamic movements in asana. We had a nice long sun-salutation warm-up before getting into things, and a gentle cool downn on the other side, so this was a great way to get moving on a slow Sunday. Felt awake rather than wrecked at the end. Leah’s energy is really supportive and the studio is very clean and aesthetic. I’ll definitely come back — the only thing is parking is a challenge as it’s on a busy stretch of Coral Way and you have to find street parking. It could be tough during rush hour, but on the weekends it’s fine!

Voir tous les avisVery knowledgeable and kind teacher. She greeted all of us and made sure if we were open to adjustments/had any injuries. Class was open to all levels because the teacher showed every single move on the mat and around the class and also showed how we can further deepen, and gave more advanced options as well. She also spotted us during our handstands and took time to explain a pose for me after class. Would definitely recommend and would want more classes from this teacher.
