Voir tous les avisThis class was AMAZING. I love this class but today’s session I was just vibing with. I felt so connected to the yoga, and I noticed some improvements in some of my poses which made me happy. I left the class feeling so refreshed. The instructor does a wonderful job and I’m really happy to see that the class was truly an all levels hot yoga class. Lately the last few classes I felt were more intermediate or at least for flexible people. Today’s class was excellent and made all the poses challenging but accessible for everyone.

CONS: Not the biggest fan of the padded floors and the room temp has barely been reaching 88F lately :/ Will keep going to Break Free, but I just hope they can work on better keeping the room as hot as it used to be

Also love how she used all the props and encouraged everyone to listen to her cues. Leah is awesome, I’ll definitely be back for her yoga sculpt❤️

He’s pretty fast paced but he motivated me to get back into tumbling after many years of being away from it and he also gave me the confidence to try new skills safely with helpful drills to ease into them. They will cater to beginners but expect to TRAIN because it is a performing center so they take it seriously. I enjoyed my experience and will be returning again!

I go to Viktoriya’s Pilates classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 9am. She is so kind and patient. Always with a smile on her face! She made me feel at home and super comfortable at my first class and I’ve been a regular ever since. Her workouts are always 🔥 she is always helping you with your technique, offering variations, and encouragement through the whole thing. All in all 10/10!
