I'm not used to going to barre classes where there's 20-30 people, so I didn't particularly like that. However it was a great sweat and workout for the day! I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a large barre class. It also seemed like a lot of the class were regular attendees as I only saw myself and a few others have to look at the instructor haha

Bikram is big on balance so come prepared to work on that but Dan has great strategies to keep you upright. Also the studio entrance is on the back side of the building, and the door opens 10 minutes till class.

She was so sweet and friendly and really took her time breaking down the specific dance moves which was much needed for someone like me who doesn’t pick up the moves first time around. I wish the class was two hours long because class ended just as we got the hang of it! She teaches different styles and this time we learned a Kuwaiti version. I wore workout clothes and yoga socks but next time I’ll bring a scarf to wrap around my hips and maybe some ballet shoes without the grip on the bottom like my socks had.

Joss was my Matt Pilates /barre instructor & I really enjoyed it, modify some of the movements due to already having yoga & Pilates experience, so just to make sure it was challenging the entire time I would do little things like raise my legs higher or not do the modified stances, this was definitely a great workout, lots of movement with abs, legs, and arm work! 🫶🏽⭐️ beautiful studio !
