Voir tous les avisGabrielle is one of the best Pilates instructors in Dallas. What sets her apart is her elegance in traditional Pilates training and her attention to detail in each client. It is a pleasure for me to attend her sessions as she is very patient and intentional with her teachings. I recommend her class at R1, as it is also heated and will give you a sweat along with a great burn. Expect to be sculpted, uplifted and walking out a little taller from the studio.

Voir tous les avisOne Lagree is always recommended, as it’s conveniently set in turtle creek.. walking distance from Katy Trail and has an abundance of classes from the early morning into the night. I took a class with Nicole which has a very chill and cool style of teaching! She has the most diverse musical playlist and you can clearly hear all of her instructions, she doesn’t scream or yell. (This is such a big deal in small studios that have microphones.👀) I like how she demonstrates each move and walks around the reformers to make suggestions and set up the machines for the clients during the session, such a small gesture that is a very big help while class is going on. Also, has a great personality and is really sweet, she teaches with intention.

Voir tous les avisClass was great, challenging, encouraging, etc. my only issue is for new guests they dont really explain where mats go and people just flop their mat down anyway, even directly in front of you. I wish they would have a sign up OR reinforce where mats go on floor so it’s not confusing.

Voir tous les avisI just took my first Pilates class, and it was fantastic! Laura was an amazing instructor—so knowledgeable, welcoming and taught with great energy. She took time to explain each movement and teach me the proper positions on the reformer making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the class. Laura was attentive, offered helpful modifications and made sure I never felt overwhelmed and to top it off she had an excellent playlist. The studio had a warm and inviting atmosphere for a first timer, I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone looking to try a Pilates class for the first time.

Idk it’s hard to explain but it was just like not super relevant to the workout which annoys me. I think small blips of motivation is fine but when it becomes a ted talk it’s too much. But sequence was solid.. I don’t love doing 3 lunges back to back for my hip flexors but it was effective and I think he’ll be good (not sure if he’s new)

She took the time to learn our names and check if we had any injuries to be aware of. You can truly see that Carrie cares! The class is small, but everyone is super helpful and welcoming.
