Voir tous les avisI’ve never been to any of Hayley’s classes before and apparently she was a sub?? Which is so surprising because that was my favorite SCULPT45 class I’ve ever taken! I’ve maybe taken ~10-15 classes and that was by far my fav due to the way she coached/instructed, the workout itself, AND the playlist! Best playlist so far. Thanks for a great workout and start to my day, Hayley!

Voir tous les avisI just took my first Pilates class, and it was fantastic! Laura was an amazing instructor—so knowledgeable, welcoming and taught with great energy. She took time to explain each movement and teach me the proper positions on the reformer making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the class. Laura was attentive, offered helpful modifications and made sure I never felt overwhelmed and to top it off she had an excellent playlist. The studio had a warm and inviting atmosphere for a first timer, I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone looking to try a Pilates class for the first time.

Voir tous les avisI started this class in June 2024 with absolutely no background in kickboxing. I have enjoyed it so much that I’m going 3 times a week. This class will challenge you mentally and physically! Come ready to work hard and sweat! Of course it’s always a bonus when the instructor is badass. Brandon is knowledgeable, passionate, and has a very positive attitude. He will pull you aside and personally show you the combos of you’re unsure or if you’re a beginner. The class has a waitlist so that tells you everything you need to know. Learn to be a badass today!

Voir tous les avisI took the "Freaky Friday" class, focused on lower body, and had a fantastic experience. I didn't realize it was lower body day and explained my knee injury to the staff. They were super accommodating and modified my workout to ensure it was both effective and comfortable. The class was great, and the staff was phenomenal. I'll definitely be back! :)
