She is super warm & welcoming and doesn’t fail to encourage and motivate you throughout class- highly recommend taking a class with her if and when you can!! The class in it of itself is a super beginner friendly class because all the workouts can be modified and adjusted to your needs and is a great way to start building back up to a workout regimen, but also can be made difficult if you want to challenge yourself. It was my first time working out in any form or fashion in a very long time and I felt very encouraged again to pick back up on my feet. Will be back- thank you PilatesBarre & Alexis :)

This class will challenge you mentally and physically! Come ready to work hard and sweat! Of course it’s always a bonus when the instructor is badass. Brandon is knowledgeable, passionate, and has a very positive attitude. He will pull you aside and personally show you the combos of you’re unsure or if you’re a beginner.
