Voir tous les avisThis class felt much more intermediate than beginner to me, as someone with very little to no dance background. The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable but did go through things very quickly. so just be aware of this beforehand! That being said, I will likely be back since I feel like it will push me, but it is fast-paced and assumes some dance knowledge beforehand like positions etc.

Voir tous les avisGreat workout and the vibe was really welcoming! The workout hit arms, abs, and legs and focused on small movements with tension, and I definitely was feeling the burn!! I don’t have a dance background, but we did some work that seemed ballet-ish that felt more graceful and fun than a barre class. It also involved a lot of stretching, and it stretched some muscles that I wasn’t really aware that I had haha. I’ll definitely be back :D

Voir tous les avisI wish I could do 10 stars. I took the flexibility class and it was fantastic. The instructor was so attentive and helpful, and just lovely to be around in general. The space is quirky, it feels home grown and I love it. I will definitely be back.
