The Bodied classes are admittedly very difficult, but the instructors are great about offering modifications, and being incredibly supportive and encouraging no matter how you are able to show up!! so much love for them ❤️

Voir tous les avisAllie was super great! I’m pretty uncoordinated, but Allie was encouraging and made sure everyone was on the same page/ had a good time. The class flew by and I got a really good cardio workout in while having fun!

The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable but did go through things very quickly. so just be aware of this beforehand! That being said, I will likely be back since I feel like it will push me, but it is fast-paced and assumes some dance knowledge beforehand like positions etc.

I look forward to diving deeper into belly dancing. I’ve done samba for a while but I was still completely challenged. I love the drills she does and the stretching at the end. Felt so good to move my body and still have fun while doing it! I’ll be back for sure!
