Voir tous les avisThis is a good beginner to intermediate level class. The instructor has a great voice and flows through manageable and semi-relaxing poses. I still got my sweat on but found ease in knowing the poses she was cueing. However, if I was brand new I’d probably be slightly lost in the lack of mind to body explanation. That being said, I will definitely be back!!

The lyrics in music during the time do not allow one to fully zen out for that minute. Also lights being dimmed all the way down would be great as the blue feels bright my eyes even when closed

Gabriella led us through a beautiful class that was challenging yet would be also good for beginners. I loved the breath work at the beginning to really ground into the practice. I’ll definitely come back for another class with her!

He’s very descriptive so I’m never lost in class and he’s also very engaging, he went around the room to help yogis in their poses and had encouraging words and affirmations. Can’t wait to do another class with him - I highly encourage you to try his class.

All of this was done with care and connection to the class and the whole flow and energy was so refreshing. The class was challenging but still accesible due to the options and variations offered. I would say that you would want to be familiar with the various poses before jumping in to this level class (they have more beginner classes). I loved that the instructor observed when some of us would need a modification and supported that without making us feel called out. I went at 8am on a Sunday so it was a small group and perfect for a cold winter day. I’ll definitely be back. :)

I was greeted when I arrived and Alexandria was very welcoming and showed me around the studio before the class. Monica was the instructor who met with me as well and gave me some tips for the session and even checked back in with me afterwards. The space was very clean, and could accommodate everyone comfortably. I am sold, so I will certainly be back!
